Update

The DNS outage reported earlier is not affecting FullStory's infrastructure directly. Recording and playback will mostly happen as expected. However, because the DNS outage may be affecting other services our customers rely on, any sessions recorded during the outage may not play back as expected. If you believe you've been affected and aren't sure, feel free to reach out at support@fullstory.com.
