Delayed processing of native mobile sessions

Resolved

A bug was introduced on Friday, April 8th, at 2pm EDT, that caused native mobile sessions to be captured, but not processed, and therefore unavailable within the FullStory application. We resolved the issue on Monday, April 11th, at 8:45am EDT. Sessions that were captured during this time will be backfilled by Wednesday, April 13th, at the latest. This issue only impacted FullStory for Mobile Apps customers, web sessions were unaffected.
